I provide individual counselling for adults using cognitive-behavioral therapeutic (CBT) methods. My
focus including helping people who struggle with excessive stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship
crises, and personality disorders.
I also support individuals who may want to improve their quality of life, achieve personal development
goals or maintain a better work-life-balance.
I have completed my Masters in Psychology at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, Poland.
Additionally, I have completed a 4-year psycho-therapeutic training in the CBT approach. Furthermore, I completed my postgraduate studies in Neuropsychological Diagnosis and Therapy at the Maria Curie-
Skłodowska University in Lublin.
I have a background in community mental health and I am certified by the Polish Society of Psychiatry
(PTP). I have participated in many trainings such as “Mindfulness in Psychotherapy,” “Motivational
Interviewing” and “Schema Therapy for Beginners.” I make use of various techniques in my practice,
such as the mindfulness approach, relaxation techniques and solution focused brief therapies.
I am especially interested in implementing science and applying my neuropsychological
knowledge to my client’s everyday life.
I have been gaining clinical experience as a psychologist since 2011, working with groups and individual
patients at an in-house clinic called “Ex cordis”. Additionally, I have worked in out-patient clinics
providing my services. Lastly, I have done various internships across Poland.
Since 2019, I have been offering my services to private clients.
I regularly take part in group supervision and take an active part in trainings and scientific conferences.
